Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I register for a course?
You can register online via our registration form or by contacting our course advisors with your details. Ensure accurate personal information for funding applications and course confirmation.
What are the minimum requirements to enrol in a course?
Requirements depend on each course; generally, participants must meet any prerequisites indicated on the course page. For government-funded WSQ courses, SC/PR/LTVP+ eligibility and age (21+ if self-sponsored) criteria apply.
Can I transfer my course slot to another person?
Yes — for corporate bookings, you may replace a participant with written notice before the course starts. For individual bookings, transfers must be requested in writing before the course commencement date.
What government funding options are available for courses?
Courses supported by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) can receive subsidies for SCs and PRs; Singapore Citizens may also use SkillsFuture Credits and Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) funds for eligible courses.
Can I claim SkillsFuture Credits for multiple courses?
Yes — eligible individuals can use SkillsFuture Credit on multiple approved courses, subject to available credit balance and course eligibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer and PayNow, as indicated on your invoice. Payment must be made according to the invoice terms and completed before course commencement.
Can I reschedule my course if I can't attend?
Requests to defer or transfer course dates must be made in writing before the course begins. Make-up classes may be provided for valid reasons at the provider’s discretion.
Is there a minimum class size for courses to run?
Training providers reserve the right to determine class size and may cancel or reschedule classes if necessary, with notice to participants.
Are certificates issued after course completion?
Yes — upon completing all assessments and attendance requirements, certificates (e.g., WSQ Statement of Attainment) are issued as applicable to the course.
What learning modes do you offer?
We offer classroom training and synchronous e-learning, where learners join live online sessions with instructors.
What does AOP mean?
The Assessment-Only Pathway (AOP) allows experienced professionals to be assessed under the WSQ framework and achieve certification without the need for classroom-based training.
Do you offer corporate training packages?
Yes — corporate WSQ training packages and customised schedules are available for organisations. Please contact us for a tailored proposal.
What is your refund policy if I need to cancel?
Refunds follow these tiers if written notice is received before the course:
• >14 days: 95% refund
• 5–14 days: 50% refund
• <5 days or after start: No refund
Refunds are considered case-by-case and require written request
