Requirements

Assure Academy is looking for a Corporate Training & Solutions Executive to support the growth of our corporate training and safety solutions business. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, understanding organisational needs, and proposing training solutions that deliver real value.

This is a consultative sales role—best suited for professionals who value integrity, clarity, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage corporate clients to understand training and capability needs
  • Propose suitable corporate, WSQ and customised training solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Manage client relationships from enquiry to post-training follow-up
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, organised and responsive
  • Able to explain training solutions clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and documentation
