Assure Academy will be offering Customer Management (Level 2) as an Assessment-Only Pathway (AOP) to support cleaners in advancing their careers.
This is an assessment-only programme โ no training will be conducted.
Learners will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate the following:
Knowledge
K1: Methods to escalate areas of improvement to enhance customer experience
K2: Methods to tailor customer experience
K3: Customer feedback channels
K4: Characteristics of appropriate problem-solving tools and techniques
K5: Methods of customer needs’ analysis
Abilities
A1: Support collection of information from various sources relevant to identifying customer needs and expectations
A2: Support creation of positive customer experience by offering customised and personalised services
A3: Identify urgent customer needs through assessment
A4: Carry out collection of customer feedback
A5: Recommend areas of improvement as per customer feedba
Assumed Skills and Knowledge
โข No formal qualification or education.
โข Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills System i.e.,Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 2.
Assumed Attitudes
โข Have knowledge on own work role and corresponding responsibilities.
โข Have knowledge of the cleaning agents used in performing cleaning activities.
โข Age from 18 and above.
Working Experience
โข Min. 3 months of working in environmental cleaning sector.

Skills Future Enterprise Credit (SFEC) Grant: One-off $10,000 credit cover up 90% of out-of-pocket expenses.
