About This Course

This course is designed for beginners with little to no technical background who are interested in learning how to apply free, no-code Generative AI (GenAI) tools to enhance their productivity at work.

It provides learners with the foundational skills to navigate and use tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot (trainer demonstration), Canva, Gamma AI, Tome.app and Notion AI to perform everyday work tasks more efficiently.

Through guided demonstrations and hands-on activities, learners will develop competencies in AI-assisted content creation, digital communication, task automation, and basic data presentation—all of which are increasingly in demand across industries.

The course also includes essential knowledge on the ethical and responsible use of AI in workplace settings, including prompt safety and data privacy.

This course is highly relevant to Singapore’s push toward digital transformation and workforce upskilling under the SkillsFuture and Industry Digital Plan (IDP) frameworks.

It benefits individuals seeking to upskill for job enhancement, career transition, or increased efficiency in their current roles, especially in administrative, support, sales, service, and operations functions.

What You’ll Learn

Learners will acquire practical skills to identify and use Generative AI tools and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to complete everyday work tasks more efficiently.

The course will introduce no-code tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot (trainer demonstration), Canva, Gamma AI, Tome.app, and Notion AI, which support digital content creation, workplace communication, presentation design, task planning, and workflow automation.

Throughout the course, learners will follow a step-by-step curriculum covering:
• Fundamentals of ICT and Generative AI tools
• Prompt writing and task execution using ChatGPT and Co-Pilot
• Report writing, presentation generation, and productivity hacks using Canva, Tome.app, and Gamma AI
• Digital task organisation using Notion AI
• Safe and ethical use of AI tools, with a focus on data privacy, responsible prompting, and digital workplace ethics

Learners will gain essential competencies in digital communication, content automation, and AI-supported productivity that are relevant across sectors such as administration, sales, customer service, logistics, and operations. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to work more efficiently and responsibly in a digitalised work environment.

Course Duration

Training: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Assessment: 5:30 PM to 6:50 PM

 

Attendance & Assessment

Kindly note that you are required to achieve a minimum of 75% attendance and be certified competent in all the assessment components.

Should you fail to meet the attendance/assessment requirements and/or terms and conditions of SSG’s funding, you will not be eligible for the course fee funding and will have to bear the full course fees.

Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fee payable after funding.

Company Sponsored

Absentee Payroll Claimable: $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year.

Skills Future Enterprise Credit (SFEC) Grant: One-off $10,000 credit cover up 90% of out-of-pocket expenses.

Union Training Assistant Programme (UTAP)

UTAP Claimable: NTUC member enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $500 per year.
