Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Generative AI courses (prompt engineering, AI productivity tools, AI for business use)
  • Conduct classroom and/or virtual training sessions
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops using leading AI platforms
  • Design course materials, slides, exercises, and case studies
  • Guide learners on real-world AI applications (marketing, operations, HR, content creation, automation)

Requirements

  • Relevant industry experience and subject-matter expertise
  • WSQ ACTA or ACLP certified

  • Industry experience applying AI in business settings is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage corporate clients to understand training and capability needs
  • Propose suitable corporate, WSQ and customised training solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Manage client relationships from enquiry to post-training follow-up
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking
