About This Course

This beginner-level, WSQ-accredited course equips learners with practical skills to create compelling digital marketing content using no-code Generative AI tools, while ensuring alignment with PDPA-compliant and ethical AI use.

Participants will learn to leverage free tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, and HeyGen avatars to generate social media posts, visual ads, marketing plans, and AI avatars—all within a hands-on, workshop-style environment.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to apply AI tools responsibly to uplift their personal brand, home business, freelance offerings, or enhance their role in SMEs.

This course not only meets growing industry demand for AI-augmented marketing proficiency but also enhances career pathways—whether it’s branding, freelancing, digital marketing support roles, or higher productivity in current jobs.

Training durations: Day 1 – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Day 2 – 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Assessment duration: 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM

 

What You’ll Learn

Learners will acquire the following practical skills and competencies:

Foundational understanding of Generative AI — what it is, how it differs from traditional AI, and its applications in marketing

Introduction to ethical AI practices, including data privacy (PDPA), anonymisation techniques, and responsible content evaluation

Prompt writing and hands‑on AI content generation, enabling creation of blog text, social posts, ad copy, and custom visuals using no-code tools

Design and execute a basic marketing workflow, integrating AI tools into a simple marketing campaign relevant to personal or SME branding

Create and responsibly use AI-powered avatars, understanding compliance implications and best practices for AI-generated media

Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, and ethical alignment, ensuring outputs are trustworthy and appropriate for market use

Course Format & Keywords: Structured as a 1.5‑day hands-on workshop, this course emphasises no-code Generative AI, digital marketing, content creation, PDPA-safe AI use, and AI avatar marketing—making it searchable under key industry and learner-centric terms.
