This course introduces the fundamentals of Generative AI and its applications in the workplace. Learners will explore how Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and AI tools like chatbots, prompt engineering, and media generation can enhance organizational productivity, creativity, and efficiency.
Through practical, hands-on learning, participants will understand how to apply AI in various industries, from marketing to decision-making, and solve workplace challenges using data-driven insights.

After training, learners will be able to:
LO1: Explain the fundamentals of Generative AI and its role in leveraging Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to enhance workplace productivity and support organizational activities.
LO2: Apply AI-powered tools, including prompt engineering, chatbots, and media generation, to create innovative solutions and improve organizational efficiency and engagement.
LO3: Identify and apply Generative AI in sector-specific scenarios, demonstrating the use of AI tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and basic decision-making in workplace contexts.
LO4: Utilize Generative AI tools to create marketing assets, generate innovative ideas, and solve workplace challenges through data-driven insights.
These outcomes will enable learners to integrate Generative AI effectively into their work, leveraging AI to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision-making across various organizational functions.

Classroom durations: Day 1 โ 9:00โฏAM to 6:00โฏPM; Day 2 โ 9:00โฏAM to 12:00โฏPM
Assessment duration: 1:00โฏPM to 2:20โฏPM
Kindly note that you are required to achieve a minimum of 75% attendance and be certified competent in all the assessment components.
Should you fail to meet the attendance/assessment requirements and/or terms and conditions of SSGโs funding, you will not be eligible for the course fee funding and will have to bear the full course fees.
