About this course
This course is only for the PWM workers in the PWM-Cleaning Sector.
WSQ Stakeholder Management (Level 3) is designed for Cleaning Supervisors who manage day-to-day cleaning operations across sites such as offices, malls, schools, healthcare and residential estates. In the cleaning industry, service quality is highly visible and often evaluated through stakeholder feedback and service recovery response.
This course equips supervisors with practical competencies to manage stakeholder expectations while scheduling and supervising cleaning services.
The competencies gained support stronger on-site leadership and may contribute to job upgrading opportunities such as Senior Cleaning Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Operations Supervisor.
Level: Intermediate (designed for existing Cleaning Supervisors or team leaders progressing into supervisory responsibilities).
Assessment: Role Play (table-top/verbal) and Oral Questioning (no written assessment).
What you will learn
Participants will be able to:
• Identify internal and external stakeholders in cleaning operations (e.g., cleaning team, operations, building management, client representatives, tenants/residents, security and suppliers).

• Explain the key components of a service operations plan (coverage, manpower deployment, quality checks and escalation).
• Adjust work arrangements (manpower, timing, coverage and priorities) to meet stakeholder requirements while maintaining service standards.
• Apply relevant legal requirements (in a practical cleaning context) when responding to service operations issues and incidents.
